Winter warmer: Suki Soup

We tried something new recently which was a big hit with everyone in the family. A fresh homemade soup base with cook your own options I’m told is called ‘Suki Soup’. My kids really enjoyed the interactive nature of this meal. You put in your choice of meats in the little basket and lower into the soup dish, wait until cooked and eat! There are 2 different types of noodles that also go into the soup together with fresh vegetables and you just help yourself. We made sure to add as much vegetable as possible and meant to include Chinese Leaves/Cabbage but couldn’t find any in the shops that day. This is absolutely delicious, healthy, fun and a great way to keep warm during this freezing weather!
