I drizzle nothing more than a little extra virgin olive oil as dressing. From the grill to the table: our version of Croque Madame which is a little rich (for me but not for 3 growing children) so salads are needed to balance.A light dinner of grilled chicken leg, steamed fragrant rice and sauted fine green beans. I hadn’t made this in a long time and it turned out better than expected due to the brand new double oven. I don’t do anything complicated to marinate the chicken, only using Kikkoman, a little unrefined granulated sugar and a few gloves of garlic.
